As a provider of the Australian Government’s employment service programme Workforce Australia, TURSA helps participants find employment and supports them as they commence work. This ensures the participant has the best chance to retain the job and thrive in their new role.
TURSA assists employers to find suitable staff for their business through screening resumes, shortlisting and referring participants, as well as providing wage subsidies where appropriate. TURSA also provides traineeship incentives and post-placement support for both the employer and the participant to ensure the long term success for all involved.
TURSA delivers Disability Employment Services with easily accessible offices from the Sunshine Coast, QLD to the Mid North Coast NSW; ensuring participants receive appropriate assistance to build both skills and confidence for employment. Participants are provided ongoing support, mentoring, guidance post placement to ensure a suitable and successful transition to working takes place. In addition, Business owners are supported with access to wage subsidy guidance, combined with assistance to support an ongoing, sustainable job placement.
TURSA delivers nationally accredited training through its Registered Training Organisation (RTO: 90325). In addition, we support the development of employability skills to help participants get jobs and assist employers with their training needs. The training is tailored towards the skills and abilities of each individual person as well as focuses on the market demand in the region to ensure sustainable employment.
TURSA delivers the Australian Government’s Workforce Australia – Transition to Work programme in the Brisbane South East region with offices in Woodridge, Beenleigh and Capalaba and is specifically designed for young people aged between 15 and 24. TURSA aims to help them create opportunities to find direction, and ultimately, a job that is right for them.
