Our program is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and culturally appropriate environment for you to gather information, ask questions, gain access to experts in their field and talk to local Indigenous Representatives, helping you with the tools and skills needed to access job opportunities.

Simple Steps to Job Success

Step 1: Yarn with Local Indigenous Representatives and Organisations

Join us for a series of yarns with local organisations, like AES and indigenous representatives to learn about:

  • The importance of cultural identity and connection
  • Local job opportunities and industry needs
  • The skills and tools required to succeed

Step 2: Build Confidence and Skills

Develop the skills and confidence you need to succeed in the job market through:

  • Resume building and interview preparation
  • Networking and job search strategies
  • Training and mentorship programs

Step 3: Access Job Opportunities

Learn about local job opportunities and how to access them, including:

  • Job vacancies and application processes
  • Apprenticeships and traineeships
  • Entrepreneurship and business development
