Our Coolum employment agency is proud to offer disability employment services in Coolum and across the Sunshine Coast. We understand every participant’s job search is unique, especially when accommodating specific needs and conditions.

Our specialised Coolum employment agency team is here to work with every participant in a one-on-one setting. We assess your work experience, skill sets, and areas of interest. From there, we help participants find suitable employment based on their location, potential, and vacancies.

Training Services

Our Coolum employment agency falls under TURSA’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO: 90325). As part of helping job-seekers prepare for employment, we help train them in skills to fulfill their goals and current opportunities. Our curriculum is designed to equip Coolum participants with the essential skills they need as well as the confidence to apply for their careers.

We engage with local employers to understand what skills and competencies they’re searching for, allowing us to refine our training courses to better meet those needs.
